New Account Information
Claire Burke has a $250 opening order minimum and a $150 minimum for all re-orders. New accounts are subject to a Claire Burke sales representative and corporate office approval, along with a territory conflict evaluation.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)
Claire Burke product is sold at retail pricing at a suggested MSRP established by the brand. We reserve the right to decline orders from retailers selling below MAP pricing or on third-party platforms. All of our retailers receive Claire Burke's MAP Policy for acknowledgement upon opening of an account.
Selling Claire Burke In Your Store
At this time, we approve online-only, subscription box, and physical brick and mortar locations. At this time, we do not approve accounts that resale via other channels.
