For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 45 days of receiving your complete order, you may return it for a full refund* of the item(s) purchase price, as long as the products have not been opened and are in its original packaging.
The Purchaser is responsible for Return Shipping, and any Shipping Charges initially paid will not be refunded.
If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered, or are defective or damaged, you should contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for instructions. If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us immediately.
We are not obligated to issue credits, refunds, or replacements, for any product issues dating over 90 days from original date of purchase.

Please follow these steps to return your order:
1. Items must be returned within 45 days from the original date of purchase.
2. Please contact us by phone (1-888-213-3807) or email (email@example.com) for a return authorization before returning or exchanging item(s).
3. Box the unopened/unused items using protective packing in the original containers.
4. Enclose the original Packing Slip included in your order, and circle the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have the Packing Slip, please include a note indicating your name, original order number (Web order confirmation), and quantity of products returned.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for products lost in shipping.
For Returned Items: Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days upon receipt of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All eligible refunds must be processed within 60 days from original date of purchase. After 60 days, a store credit will be issued.
Any refunds under $5 will be processed as store credit.
